Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Soy Milk
  • 1 cup plain Yogurt
  • 1 ½ tsp Flax Seed
  • 1 tbsp Camu Camu Powder
  • 1 ½ Tsp Honey
  • 2/3 cup Blueberries.

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients into a blender adding liquid components last
  2. Blend to desired consistency.

***add mint leafs for an added taste
